Hi I have a WD 120Gb M.2 drive and 2 1Tb HDDs installed on my system. One of the HDD is used for Steam Games the second I want to dual boot with Windows 7 Professional 64bit. The M.2 drive has W10 Pro installed.

Technically I want to end up with M.2 W10, 1Tb HDD W7 dual boot and 1Tb HDD Steam Games.

Is this possible and if so how to go about?

Im new here so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Sean

What exactly do you need Windows 7 for? Like mentioned above I would run a virtual machine using Windows 7 instead, it's like trying to use a CPU that isn't technically supported by a motherboard, it may work but you'll have a lot of issues.

basically for old games eg call of duty 2 united offensive command and conquer ultimate collection. Basically games that wont run in W10 and will have problems with graphics in virtualbox. I understand there will be issues but just wanted to know if its possible my rig is quite new bought a few days ago and wanting to give dual booting a try.

Im new to virtualbox is there a guide on how to setup W7 in virtual box?

Cheers for your quick reply
