Whichever one you pick, make sure it has all the connectivity you need. USB headers for the front panel, fan connections, M.2 slots, PCI, etc. Also, double check memory compatibility. It looks like the Asus board only has 2 memory slots and the MSI/Gigabyte have 4.
If all your options have everything you need and are the same price, then just pick the one that looks best, because you probably aren't going to use any of the extra features or desktop apps regardless - and most boards are going to perform about the same since you can't overclock.
