Best Cheap Graphic Card for 2018?

Hello guys.

I've been planning to work for long time to collect money.

I currently my specifications are

2GB Ram
Intel Celeron E3400 Dual Core 2.6GHz
Amd Radeon HD5450 1GB XFX Edition

Could you guys please tell me a good graphic card that can run GTA V without lag on medium or something. Most games and future games without lag. In a budget from 40 dollars to 70 dollars. I'm planning on getting 2 GB ram too so it's 4GB Ram

With your current setup, the most your computer could handle would be a GT 730, you may need to shop around to find one in your budget.

And that GPU wont run anything modern. Youve been posting a few times today about your old hardware. You really need to replace it all and build something modern. You cant expect 10 year old hardware to run modern games well. If at all.

Your system needs a complete overhaul. No matter what gpu gta V won't be playable. Save up until you can get a full new system instead of wasting money now on parts that won't get you what you want.
