Hello as it says in the title I have a question with the BIOS of the pc that I will get very soon.
I'm going to have this Intel DH67BL motherboar in my hands very soon and I'm going to update it to date, but it says something about third-generation processors support and my question is, is the processor that has 2 generations no longer Will it serve me or not and only the 3rd generation will go?
I leave the link of the page where I read this:
https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27732/eng/BL_0162_ReleaseNotes.pdf
I do not know much English but use the Google translator.
why my question

Bios upgrade means BROADER compatibility for newer processors, backward compatibility with older CPU is basic feature and won't be altered, so no need to worry about compatibility with your current processor.
On the other hand starting from BIOS version 015X it is no longer possible to downgrade your Bios build earlier than 0151 because of major change in the structure of the Bios build (you still can downgrade from 0153 for example to 0152 but not to 0132)
