So I did an internet speed test. My download speeds are roughly 7-8 and upload speeds are 4-5. But as soon as I try downloading something through steam, or an update on Uplay, it drops drastically. Right after the speed test when it said it was good, I tried downloading again. For a second saw the download rate at 1.4 mbps but it quickly dropped to 80 kbps. Do I have a virus somewhere? An answer would be greatly appreciated.
