I have a legitimate copy of EFLC and also my PC has more power than recommended on the CD cover. Still the game runs at just 22fps. I tried to lower the graphic settings and resolution and tried commandlines as well but of no use.
My PC specs
3rd Gen Intel Core i3-3110M dual core processor @ 2.40 GHz
4 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 MHz
AMD Radeon 7600M Series 2GB GPU
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

I tried defragmenting the HDD and I have also applied the latest patch but the average frame rate is still 18.60. Moreover, EFLC doesn't even detect my hardware which can be seen from the benchmark file.
