Ryzen 7 2700 and VMware Workstation 14

Hi all,

I am thinking to buy a ryzen 7 2700 cpu and I will use it mainly for virtualization.
Any feedback using vmware workstation 14 with this cpu? I will use to virtualize Cisco CSR 1000v VMs(can provide ISO via PM).

Cisco gives directions for it's IOS on a variety of Type 1 hypervisors and Cloud Service OS providers (AWS, Azure), so, there is no certainty this can be quickly spun up as any ordinary VM under VMWare WS14, but, if not, you can install HyperV role in Win10 Pro, and configure it that way under a fully supported Hypervisor...

Thanks for the reply.
I am already able to run up to 10 csr 1000v VMs on my intel i5 4440s but since this is my first amd cpu, I am not sure if AMD-V extension is compatible with csr1000v images on vmware workstation 14.
