Veeery high memory usage

Hi there!I have a little more big problem.
Specs:
I7 4790k
Asrock H81-M DGS R 2.0
8 gb RAM 1600mhz(DDR3 ) HX.K.G.
Windows 10 Pro
GT 730 4GB DDR3
........
Problem:When I start my PC when open Task Manager I see 92%mem.used.I don t care about statistics but my pc is slooow at all.
I play games at same fps but occasionals freezes.
What I think might be the problems:
-Defective RAM piece or slot(idt.the slot cause this mb.have 4 mounths)
-Virus(I don't think so.I never see a virus who affect RAM usage)
-Some process or services.

open task manager, see what's using most of the memory.

ok.I do not see a lot of mem.usage if i look(don t say there is 7000+mem.usage)but the most on IDLE is Srvice Host:Superfetch with 350mb used.But on Chrome (browsing),Chrome is the most high with 423mb

To check your ram, run memtest86.
You should be able to complete a full pass with NO errors.

Ram usage is tricky and stats can be misleading.
Windows keeps unused code in ram in anticipation of instant reuse.
If you are truly short of ram, you will see a hard fault page rate in task manager.
More than one per second would indicate a need for more ram.

i passed with now error and now magically my RAM usage became normal(20-30%)(like 2.00gb-2.5gb)
I don t know how or why but now its ok.
