Yep that will do the job.

I wouldnt say thats a recommended PSU as its the lowest end version that Corsair do (the VS Series), but it should work fine with the 1060.

Agreed. It's not the greatest PSU, but there is no need to buy a new one. It's still a Corsair and the load will be very small. Systems with the 1060 use around 250W. You're almost at 33% load when game, even less than that while idle. Such a small percentage isn't going to be an issue for that PSU.

ok, and if I upgrade to a gtx 1070 will i have to buy a new power supply?

Nope, but I would recommend an upgrade if you're the type of person that has a budget. Nvidia will likely launch a new set of GPU's this year or early next year.
