Solution
1. Read your motherboard's manual and make sure you have the memory modules installed in the correct dim slots.
2. Reseat the memory in the dim slots.
3. Test each stick in dim slot one. If one memory module causes the computer to not start then the module is defective.
4. If both modules work in dim slot 1. Repeat step 2 in dim slot two.
