Bought a new motherboard and CPU. Now can't get past BIOS utility

As the title says, bought some new parts and now my computer automatically boots the BIOS utility without any input from me. I've tried many times but I can never get past it and actually get onto windows

The hard drive shows up in the SATA information and I am able to look through the files on it, however it doesn't show up in the boot menu.

I've tried a CMOS reset and starting in minimal configuration but neither worked.

Motherboard: ASUS prime H310M-A

CPU: intel i3-8100

RAM: Crucial 4gb

HDD: Seagate 1TB

GPU: geforce gtx 1050 Ti

Thanks for any help with this issue.

What was your prior system?

How your HDD was configured would need to be replicated (AHCI on/off, CSM on/off etc).

That being said, booting into an OS that was installed on another system is usually pretty buggy - and a clean OS install would be highly recommended.

Used to have
Motherboard: GA-H61MA-D2V (rev. 2.1)
CPU: i3-3220
Ram: can't remember but probably similar
Everything else the same

Can't remember the configuration but I've tried all the settings

Is there any way to install windows from the hard drive through BIOS (since it's already on there)or am l going to have buy it new
