New to overclocking and decided to give it ago after alot of research.

i set the clock speed to 38.25
and using offset mode on asus bios set the voltage to 0.20000 not sure how to it converts to Volts.

also set fans to turbo

while running cinebench a few times my CPU Temps are about 74 degrees
and im scoring around 1630

is this okay and is this the best i can do for my specs

I'd say it's running a bit hot. Cinebench doesn't run for that long, and the fact that your temps get that high in such a short amount of time might end up being problematic in the long run.

My suggestion is, set it to 3.7 ghz and be happy with it. the extra 2.5% increase in frequency is not worth the extra voltage and power draw imo.

I'd do 0.05 offset first and see if the OC is stable. If not then start tinkering with it little by little.

look at CPUZ or ryzen master to see what voltage you are getting. I'm running 1.325 to get 3.9ghz which gives a R15 score of 1731 (2667mhz ram)
