Hi. I have a custom built desktop and it's been working fine until recently. I started getting Code 55 on my motherboard during boot occasionally, but it still boots after i force restart it sometimes. I've changed the RAM recently, but this problem persists. Has anyone else encountered this problem? My gear is one year old.

It's code 55 but my scenario is different. I have the default BIOS setting, and it worked fine just yesterday, it boots and runs fine with no problems. But this morning I got a code 55 and it won't boot until I manually restarted twice.

What exactly is your mobo?
Give attention to how overtightening CPU fans can kill or cause malfunctions to RAM slots. That has happened to me too.
