Hi guys,
I just bought an Asus GTX 1070Ti Cerberus and i will use it on my Asus B350 Prime Plus motherboard. Firstly i saw that this GPU cover 2.5 slot not 2, is this a problem for my motherboard?

Secondly, i called the Asus technical support and they told me it does not seem compatible(it is not in the device list.) and possibly i may won't give display. Do B350 Prime Plus and Asus GTX 1070Ti Cerberus give display?

That's strange that they told you it's not on the " part list" may I ask what part list? Is your Asus prime motherboard part of an OEM system or tower you bought straight from Asus?
The only compatibility criteria for a graphic card and a motherboard is the physical PCie slot where graphic card attaches to motherboard, in this case it's a PCIe x16, then there is the physical dimensions of the card (PCI width and card length) for case fitting and other pci slots / devices.
There is no reason your card won't work with your motherboard, contrary to that, it should work better especially with some software suites because mobo and GPU are of the same brand !
