Problem with samsung m2 external 1 tb portable hard disk

I have made an partition and within the partition i have made another one with secret zone. After i conected the hhd on my smart tv, i have updated the tv but then my hhd become unreadable both by tv and pc! What should i do? Please help! I have many school documents and family pictures in the secret zone partition! What should I do? Many thanks for support!

well the hhd is healthy, there are no hardware problems. the thing is ...i have instaled minitool partition recovery but it didn.t work...i thought that there could be a problem with the partition, i tried to fix it with chkdsk but i have no letter and can.t assign one, have no idea what could i try next! I really want to acces the disk in order to save my shit! thank you for support!
