Replaced mobo, no video, figured out why but need help!

Hello,

I recently replaced a faulty motherboard. All worked but I couldn’t get video or Post error beep codes.

So, I searched for an answer for a day. Now I just found that my cpu requires a updated bios version than what my new mobo came with.

How do I go about solving this problem? Do I buy a supported cpu and update bios for my current cpu? Or is there another way I can update my bios?

Thanks in advance!

MERGED QUESTION
Question from devonteholt : "Replaced bad Mobo with new, and now no video/post"

Just replaced my bad motherboard with a new one and it’s not displaying video with my monitor. I get no post codes. I have yet to try a different cpu.

My specs:
[strike]MSI 760GM-P34(FX)[/strike](Bad Mobo)
Asrock N68-GS4 FX R2.0
2x8 Corsair Vengeance pro DDR3 1866
MSI GTX 760
AMD FX 4300 3.2ghz

I can get more info if needed. But I tried almost everything. From disassembling and reassembling, resetting CMOS, breadboarding, swapped from 2 different psu’s. I am at my peak! Please someone help.
