I left the audio cord hanging on the PC as I was leaving my room; I tripped on it and my PC fell. There was no damage to the PC core components but for some reason it wont deliver audio to my right ear cup now. (I typically use the front of the case for audio because my headphones are 1 cable only whilst the motherboard requires both left and right inputs). I've tried numerous cables and earphones as well and tested the software to see if that was the problem but it is definitely a problem with the front-case audio input. Any help would be much appreciated!

If it's only the front audio input, it's likely you damaged the physical port itself. In this case, it's unlikely there's a real repair option as these aren't standardized parts that can be swapped out but integrated parts of the case.
