At least don't attempt it with that PSU. It is underpowered and low quality for a build like this. Get yourself a TX650M unit prior to upgrading. Other than that, you should be fine.

The total system power requirement claim for a 1070/1070 Ti is 500w, but it's a conservative estimate based on a broad range of PSU brands and models. What you really want to go by is the amperage requirement, which is 26 amps. The Corsair VS 450 has 36 amps. It will easily run it.
