Samsung EVO 850 250GB Secure Erase Failed: Unable to Set Password. Try Again

Hi all.
So I currently have a Samsung 850 EVO SSD, The SSD also showed up in BIOS, but obviously could not be booted from. The diskpart command would not find the SSD either, when it was connected. Arch linux, parted magic, systemrescue cd - not find the SSD either, when it was connected. I decided to secure erase the disk itself. Hopefully, it would clean the drive and possibly allow it to be detected by Windows Installations, and the disk management.
Now Secure Erase picked the 850 EVO up alright, but when secure erasing it, it would show me "Erasing..." and after almost 20 seconds, give me an error that "Secure Erase Failed: Unable to Set Password. Try Again."
Now I tried using Parted Magic, but heck, it could not even detect the SSD, let alone erase it.
I feel very much out of options here. I tried switching SATA Ports, SATA Cables, and other pc. every single thing I could think of. Even in Windows Installation, the SSD is not detected as a drive you could format and install windows to.
And now I finally turn my hopes to you guys. Maybe you can help me out here? The main problem is the fact that I cannot secure erase it with Samsung's Secure Erase Tool (through DOS, either). Why does it show me an "Unable to Set password Error"? Is there any way to get this removed? All help would be appreciated.
The SSD was first hand. It is not frozen, as per what I can see through Samsung's Secure Erase Utility. Its not password locked either.

Thanks in advance.

The first answer! Thanks popatim!
I hope this is not so and he is alive! :) Can something with the controller?..
- Yes, of course I have already tried to update the firmware. The update program says: A compatible device was not found .. something like that ..
