Is this worth it?

So I'm trying to build a computer for the best money and the best deal, I need it to stream, record videos, and run games at high FPS. I know nothing about overclocking and cyberpowerpc overclocks for you if you pay them, for example I'm getting a ~10% overclock with this build and a few other minor bonuses as well as warranties with these products but it's more expensive building it with cyberpowerpc then with pcpartpicker and doing it myself. I've never build a computer but I've done lots of work on mine (Swapping parts in and out and cleaning it and such.)

So my question is, is building a "prebuilt" (shown down below) worth it over building it on pcpartpicker. I listed what parts I am decently confident I want but am open to suggestions. Hopefully I made this all as clear as possible.

If I had a dollar for everyone who have ended up here with a disaster from CyberPower....

That cyberpower you list has some seriously substandard parts, and useless extras.

No name PSU that is too large
WD Green SSD
Hyper 212 CPU cooler
"Ultra Enhanced Packaging Solution"
10% OC

Your build list is far better.

My personal buy/build line is $500. Below that...buy one. Above...build it.
honestly I would build it myself you will get higher quality parts that pc part picker and you can customize to any degree colors ect, plus yo get to know the pc better you know the specs and what's inside, and overclocking isn't hard its easy to learn and its fun once you learn know what your doing plus you will save a couple hundred bucks

Build it yourself.

Avoid a noname psu regardless of the number of watts.

You can also avoid the liquid cooler, A decent air cooler will be cheaper, quieter, easier to install, cool just as well and will not leak.
Noctua NH-D15s is as good as it gets.

8700K really needs no overclocking, and a 10% boost is trivial.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions I was close to giving them all my money haha but I will build it myself. Anyone have any part adjustments/critiques for my build? I would LOVE any help. Or if I am the build master and it looks good then that's cool too.
