I have had an i5 4690 for 4 years and until now I have never had any problems with it.However,now in idle I constantly get above 90% usage and I hear a loud buzzing noise that only stops when the usage decreases.I don't know what the CPU's temperature is when I have this issue because I don't have any monitoring software installed on that computer,but I think my problem is caused by the CPU's high usage.Could the buzzing noise be coming from this or is it some other part that is malfunctioning?Thank you for your time !
