looking for help in installing windows

My computer hangs after windows starting logo....so I decided to reinstall the windows.... I am install by the CD.... And during installing..after finishing installing computer is restarting again and again from the very first step... Plz help me!

Did you remove the install DVD? If not, do so and reboot once more.

Edit: If that works, be sure to change your boot priority back to HDD first.
