I have a cooler master cmp-350 case .have gigabyte h61 ms board and i5 -2400 .decided to buy

For your question, yes you can install. You would need to remove the motherboard itself and install cooler outside the case. Just be sure to check clearance height for your case to be sure cooler isn't to tall for reinstalling side panel.
