Hey recently ive been moving from console to my old pc
I had some bad specs.
I have little money in which i can buy q8200 and gt 710 for my g41 motherboard with 4gb ram
The question is will i be able to play CSGO in low settings for decent of 70_100 fps in 720p..i will only game csgo and with very less softwares installed ...
Can csgo in low settings ..720p be played in q8200 4gb and gt 710...help...

Dunno, I dont have system on hand, I have been banned on steam and CS:GO account is locked out from matchmaking because of "bad" words.
I had little difference between 1080P and 720P gameplay, but still if the game doesnt work on steam you can refund your money without any issue withn 1-3 days.

So.... I had a GT 710 on my old system and ran CS:go on lowest settings. FPS were around 35 - 40 maybe? I also lowered res from 1080p to 1600x900. Anything lower than that and you'll have some disadvantages when playing with other players (you'll lose some field of vision).

But, as far as can you run the game? Sure you can. Just don't expect a lot out of your rig.
