Hi. USB 3.0 header got stuck in the motherboard. I can't take it out. I didn't even force it to pull out but it split apart. I don't know how to remove it from the motherboard. I might change the case itself but first I should get that piece out of the card.

Any ideas? I tried to use a very thin flat screwdriver to pull it out but didn't work.
