Need help for a power supply

Hi there are my specs :

I would like to buy this power supply , because mine is old and make pc turn off after 5 minutes playing , and need to put the cpu to 80% not 100% for crash , but sometimes turns off anyway , this is the power supply: Corsair CP-9020098-UK VS Series ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Power Supply Unit, 650 W

my budget for the power supply is only 30-45£ not more even 50 is too much , just 30-45£ .

Instead of getting a mediocre, unnecessarily high wattage PSU, get a good power supply that can supply enough power for your build.
That Corsair CXM and Pure Power 10 recommended are good options. The S12ii not too much (mediocre).
