I'm building an AMD R5 system and I don't know what voltage i'm going to need, if anyone could help determine my wattage needed I'd be grateful. (Will eventually upgrade to 1080 Ti)

Between 8-14 hours per day - (and these 2600X's run quite hot)

No worries, even a quality 450w would run that. The 1050ti is like 75w and the 2600x is a 95w tdp chip so even though it cranks they are pretty efficient. I would go 550w for some extra headroom incase you upgrade the gpu.
