Help with finishing a PC build (1k $ budget)

First of all, hi, I'm new here so I'm sorry if this isn't the right sub to post this in.
I need help with finishing my pc build.

I spent some time doing research on what would fit my needs(mostly 1080p gaming, I guess other tasks such as office work would be a piece of cake with a 1080p gaming machine) and I could only come up with a gpu and a cpu because I don't understand the specifics of other parts such as the motherboard, the psu, etc.

I would like to have a GTX 1060 6GB and an AMD 2600. At the place from which I'm buying these,
they cost like 600$ together. Is it possible to finish the rest of the config with just 400$ without sacrificing too much or suffering bottlenecks? My budget is hard-capped at 1000$, so any suggestions for a full build from scratch(omitting the gtx/amd combo I suggested) is welcome as well. Although, I would really, really like to get those two.
I would also like to note that I would like to spend at least 2 years without a significant upgrade and to able to play new titles at good fps (that's why I chose the 6gb 1060, most youtubers say it'd last that long).

Thanks in advance!

I would go with a 2600x, for the better cooler, unless you have a compatible cooler already.

Problem with B350 is the user has to update the bios for a 2xxx series Ryzen to work. That requires another CPU to complete. Yes, AMD does have an upgrade kit, to help you with this, but that takes time, and not everyone is comfortable with it.

As reported in our Ryzen 2000/AMD X470 coverage, the X470 chipset is identical to the X370 in terms of general functionality, but it brings several important improvements over the predecessor: it consumes a lower amount of power, it enables support for faster memory, it supports improved CPU boosting techniques (XFR2 Enhanced and Precision Boost Overdrive), and it comes with the AMD StoreMI software (re-badged Enmotus FuzeDrive software) to build hybrid storage sub-systems consisting of SSDs and HDDs.

The B450 is almost here, I would wait for that to take advantage of the new boost. If you need to buy now, the X370 Pro4 is at really good price.
