PC Gaming and Streaming Struggles

Hey guys, I currently have this pc and it’s been doing it’s job perfect. https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/mQLgJ8 I’m looking at streaming to YouTube while gaming on my PC, but no matter what I try I can’t seem to find settings that allow both smooth streaming and gameplay on my end. Is my PC simply just not powerful enough to stream and play fortnite at the same time? I know it's not a network issue... I’m looking for possible solutions, whether it be settings on my current pc or upgrades. I’ve been looking into upgrading what I have, going for more ram and maybe a CPU upgrade, but then I think about the long term. It’s possible I can upgrade the motherboard to allow an upgrade to 16gb DDR4 ram and a CPU upgrade as well. Would this be worth it? What are some suggestions? Would an SSD change anything? Any feedback is appreciated. Help me go in the right direction! Thanks a ton! Goonzig
