Solution
You need to check in the BIOS to see how much of the 32GB you see. If it doesnt show in the bios then it wont show in properties in windows.
BUT the other thing is that you have a Frankenstein of RAM config there. Generally this is a bad idea, and even if all your RAM would show up, all your RAM will degrade down to the slowest RAM's speed. So effectively you are lowering performance. 16GB is already plenty and windows seldom uses all of it unless you are doing heavy editing or something like that. For games 16GB is more than enough currently. I would take the two slower sticks out, and use it like that with 16Gb. The other reason is that with 3 sticks you will not get dual channel to enable. Download CPU-Z and you can also see...

Download CPU-Z and you can also see things like Dual channel which doubles your badwidth for the RAM. In this case, more RAM is probably not better. If you at all, must have 32GB, then consider getting another 2 sticks of the Kingston hyperX blue.

You have mixed ram. They may not work all together, because of different speed, but more importantly, different voltages.
The 2x1866 will be fine, but its probably the 1333 which is making it error.
Ram can be fickle and you will need to go into the BIOS and see what voltages, each type needs.
AFAIK you can't mix voltages when doing RAM although don't quote me on that
