Hi.

So my previous avg cpu temperature was around 58 but now after installing a new ram(HyperX fury ddr3 8gb 1600mhz) the temperature rose to 64. So now im worried about the state of my pc because i can't afford a new one. Can anyone tell me if this is normal, if not, what can i do?

Spec:
AMD FX-4100
HyperX Fury 8gb ram 1600MHz
ASRock N68C-GS4 FX
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740
485W PSU

Thanks.

Off the top of my head:
1. Update your BIOS because they sometimes contain new ram profiles.
2. Make sure you are using the XMP profile if you are overclocking.
3. Sometimes defective RAM can overheat, so try your old sticks again to see if the problem persists.

How did you establish an 'average' temperature. After the ram installation did you test in the exact same way, under the exact same conditions?

For instance, when you tested with the old ram did you verify the CPU clockspeed and did you verify it's the same CPU clockspeed with the new ram? Some AMD systems use that cool and quiet thing where the CPU doesn't always run at full speed. It's possible the new ram is affecting that in some way.

Lastly, did you touch the CPU heatsink/fan while installing the ram? Is it possible that you disturbed the contact between heatsink and CPU?
