I have observed that there is a delay in response from both my keyboard and mouse whenever i play any game on my pc (Assassin's creed 1, Assassin's creed Rogue, Skyrim, GTA V, and lately Vampyr)
I recently had to change my Hard drive due to which Windows was reinstalled. Prior to this, i faced no problems with any of the games. I tried uninstalling the keyboard and mouse drivers, and reinstalling them,cleaning out temporary files, fragmenting my hard drive, but the problem persists. The games do not tax my RAM much, however in one or two of the games I've observed that they consume 100% of the GPU.

i5 4460 3.2 Ghz
Nvidia GT 610 2GB
1TB SATA HDD Seagate
8GB DDR3 RAM
