Powerline adapter cutting WiFi for everyone in the house

Can some help me with this big issue?
So I recently got a powerline adapter for my PS4 and everything was working fine for two days then my sisters sky q mini stopped working, it kept cutting the network and it was the same for my smart tv I couldn’t get onto Netflix and YouTube. Bearing in mind the WiFi has always being absolute crap but bearable and everything worked fine until the powerline adapter. Is it possible that it’s the powerline adapter or is it just that we’re having a bad day with the WiFi.

Ps WiFi box is always showing 3 green lights (meaning it’s working fine but that doesn’t seem like the case)

Who manages your network and router?

My first thought is that there is likely an IP address conflict; e.g., a duplicate IP address, amongst the devices.

No issue, per se, until the sky q mini was added.

Test and confirm by removing the sky q. If all works correctly thereafter then some conflict is being created,

Ensure that no devices (wired or wireless) are using the same IP address

You will need the router admin person to help..
