question about gtx 560 (non ti)

im buying used gpu so i saw gtx 560 that fits my budget. now i see two posible problems
- the gpu needs two 6-pin connectors and my psu has only one
- nvidia on their web site say: must be paired with another gtx 560. what does this mean?

"must be paired with another gtx 560" - That's for SLI. you don't need to worry if you're not going to SLI - 1 will be fine.

If your PSU doesn't have 2 PCIe connectors, then that's a clue that the PSU is not up to delivering the stable power required

750 TI - it may be a little more, but it doesn't use as much power and you'll get a little better performance

probably cheaper than getting a PSU to support the 560

Gtx 660 would be much better if you can find one for a good price. Way faster, only needs 1x power connector, uses less power, makes less heat.

The 650 Ti Boost is good and the 650 ti, but avoid the regular 650.
