Hi, I built my first PC and when I first powered on, I turned on the power supply then pressed the power button. All fans spun and lights lit but the computer immediately powered off 5 seconds later and then restarted. This happened about 8 times then I powered off everything including the power supply and waited 5 minutes. When I restarted everything, everything worked I got to BIOS and eventually went ahead installed windows thinking this was a one time issue. To make sure I shut down from windows and restarted multiple times. Then I shut down and turned off my power supply. The next morning I go to power everything on and the same power cycle issue about 8 times before I manually power off the power supply, wait 5 minutes, and then restart. Any idea what is wrong.

Some notes: When installing, I initially placed my water cooler on the CPU and tightened the screws but then I took it off, repositioned without reapplying thermal paste.

My build has a i5-8600K, ASUS ROG H370-F mobo, EVGA G3 650, ASUS 1050TI, 16GB GEIL RAM DDR4-2400mhz.

Solution
Place the RAM in different slots and clear CMOS.
If that doesn't do it ...then remove the 1050ti and use the integrated graphics.
