Can i use a gpu with raven ridge processors later

Hello everyone,
I am building a new cpu with the ryzen3 2200g processor and I don't have enough money right now to buy GTX 1050ti...but later on I will buy this gpu.. so my question is will I be able to use this or any other external gpu with this processor.
Any answers will be appreciated.

Sure. Provided you have enough power to run it. 300w psu is enough for 1050ti. Stronger cards will need more.
Don't cheap out on power supplies! They(cheap, low quality ones) can potentially take out everything in your system.
