I have been on the floor for an hour and a half working on my computer. Recently I had my computer shipped and with this now nothing is displaying on my monitors. I really hope I dont have to buy something new but in the event I do, I don't know what the problem is. My computer turns on, but I cannot tell if my motherboard or GPU is the problem. My graphics card is a Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti, but when I keep my case open I see that the "STOP FANS" is flashing. Though, my keyboard is not lighting anything (which I believe it does when plugged in)

Any Idea???

UPDATE:

Upon looking at my GPU its almost as if the GPU is continuously restating. It would start to change from red to green then flashes back to red. Is that a motherboard issue??

What is your computer motherboard brand and model please?

-Try reseating your GPU
-Try plugging your monitor to your motherboard integrated graphics (video outputs on your motherboard rear I/O) (to get display if your motherboard and CPU support it)
- Try work with bare minimum hardware disconnecting all drives and cables from mobo (aim for bios post display)
- Ensure CPU fan header marked CPU fan has a working fan connected to it.

@R0GG , my motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-990FX gaming edition. It does not have an on board graphics card (sadly so I cant test it out). I have reseated the GPU in the same slot and another slot, both times it did nothing towards finding a solution. Thanks for the recommendation though!

Edit: Mu CPU has a fan which spins. My motherboard seems intact but I still cannot tell if it is my motherboard or not.

Thanks for the update.
Did you try using bare minimum hardware connected to your motherboard only CPU/fan and GPU and memory no boot or hard drives or optical drives, and if possible power your motherboard not from the case power button but from shorting motherboard front panel 2 pins connectors for power on (that start up button connects to)(don't take any risk if you're not sure as you can short your motherboard) using a metal tool or tip.

- Verify that your motherboard CPU power connector is attached to Power supply cable.
- Verify that your CPU cooler fan is attached to your motherboard dedicated CPU_FAN header (and not on a different fan header)
- See if your memory modules are attached to the slots on the diagram (in case you have 2 ram sticks)

@R0GG yes all of it is. I rewired everything just to make sure and nothing happened. Gigabyte has a 3 year warranty so I am going to replace it if it is for certain the GPU.

- What debug code the mobo gives?
- What is STOP FAN you were mentioning in the first posting?
- What brand/model/frequency of your memory and how many ram sticks, could you try booting with just one ram stick loaded onto memory slot the furthest from CPU socket?
- Hit Clear CMOS button = CMOS_SW up top by the debug led

- Finally could you clear CMOS with and without graphic card attached to your mobo using mobo dedicated jumper if CMOS_SW doesn't fix the issue.

if the computer was shipped the cpu may have walked out of the mb cpu slot. try with power off unlatch the cpu and press down slightly. the see if the mb will post. if there no post take the mb out of the case and use a test power supply see if the mb will post outside the case. it rule out dead short. one thing check to see if there anything under the mb shorting it out or if the mb has flexed and is shorting out to the case or mb tray. if it wont post to get a claim from the shipper you may have to take it to a shop and get a repair quot.
