Im watching a stream and doing nothing else, and its on 78ºc at the moment, is this really hot? This pc is like 5 years old, and i never changed anything.

Solution
Well, in that case, I'd do these things (in this order):
0) Check for dead or dying CPU fan.
1) Clean out any dust in the PC, especially on the cooler.
If that doesn't fix it:
2) Replace the thermal paste.
If that doesn't fix it:
3) Determine if the PSU is supplying enough voltage to the CPU.
If that reads normal:
4) Consider a new system.
If you can't afford it:
5) Try replacing the motherboard, as it's power delivery systems may be wearing out.
6) Get a new processor; it could just be done.

65C is the AMD recommended safe temperature for the 6300, but depending on the individual CPU, the actual safe temperature can vary wildly from 65C to 90C.
