I'm not an audio video guy, but is there any reason I can't use a bluetooth transmitter to send a signal from the mixer to a small bluetooth speaker which will be picked up by a camera broadcasting for facebook live? Our current problem I'm trying to solve is simply poor audio on fb live for a church service. It's a small church, so not trying to push the budget. Thanks.

You could do that but if you are looking for better audio quality you could use a bluetooth receiver attached to whatever the audio from the camera is connected to.
This way you bypass the bluetooth speaker and the camera microphone. Has to sound better.
