New gaming pc build not feeling like it

Hey! I build my pc last friday, and honestly it’s not running up to my expectations.

My build:
Sapphire radeon 64x Vega 8gb grapic card
16gb ddr4 fury ram
Be quiet! Dark rock Pro 3 CPU cooler
I7-8700k coffee Lake cpu
850w power suply
(Used old ssd and hdd, without making a clean install on Them)

What could Be the issue here? The computer just feels slow When i alt tab, and most games i play feels like clunky (most games I can’t play In fullscreen Cause of massive stutter, but In windowed fullscreen it’s fine)

By using an already existing hdd your system is trying to operate with that build configuration. That means its using these drivers and settings. You can try bypassing a clean install by installing the latest chipset drivers for your mobo+graphics drivers but that doesn't always work 100%. You are better off doing a clean install of windows to make sure no issues arise from that end.
