Does the i3 3210 processor have an USB 2 or USB 3 port?

The processor does not determine the USB, but the motherboard. Quiet often USB3.0 slots are in blue, where USB2.0 slots are purely black. Details you can see in the specs of your motherboard. Which one is it?
