can my pc run PUBG

Processor: AMD A8-7600 Radeon R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G 3.10 GHz (Overclock) 3.3Ghz
Ram: 12gb DDR3 1600 (11gb usable)
Graphics Card: GT 730 2gb DDR5

Yes! you can easily play PUBG on these specifications but graphics wouldn't be sufficient as your system is only lacking in GPU. My recommandition would be to upgrade your GPU to updated one(depending on your budget). If I'd have been in this type of scenerio then I'd have opted for Radeon RX 570 or something near that.
