Hey and hola, considering your high ambient temps all normal. With around 20C I was having 35C over here. Thus consider a delta of 15C to be added to your ambient and should fit.
If you want to achieve lower full load temps the only way to achieve would be water cooling like with a 240mm radiator AIO.
