So I have a Dell Studio XPS 435T/9000. Ive always thought of it to have a low quality power supply as it had no proper wattage labeling on the PSU itself and generally PSUs in prebuilts are low quality so I upgraded the GPU to no more than a 750Ti. Recently, ive came to notice that the Power supply has 1x 6pin and 1x 6+2 pin connector. It has also survived about 10 power losses without any issues starting it the next time. Can I upgrade my GPU to something like a 1060 6GB and the Processor to something like a Xeon W3680? I really don't want to build a new system right now as im not in the US. Prices are extremely high and to get a new system with DDR4 RAM and a new CPU (Say a Ryzen 3 1300X) It would cost me twice as much as just upgrading my current system. And investing on a platform that runs DDR3 RAM is not worth it to me imo. If im building something from scratch, it better be all new. So should i go ahead with the upgrades or is it too dangerous? My current specs in the same system are:

i7 920 2.67GHz
1x4GB, 2x2GB RAM (8GB) DDR3
Dell 0X501H Motherboard (X58)
Asus 2GB GTX 750Ti (Overclocked, Memory clock has a 430MHz offset and core clock has a 140MHz offset without any instability)
2 Optical Drives (One Blue Ray, One CD-DVD Combo)
1TB HDD
Wireless Network PCI Card

And this all is running off the same 475Watt stock mobo.
