Better Components For Upgrading?

So, I have an old Optiplex 755 which I now want to game with, but it has a 250W stock PSU (I think), I want to get a better PSU that will accept my mobo and have all the weird power cables (Like the one that powers the DVD reader, not the floppy, I removed it years ago!). Also adding that I want to replace the SFF case with a bigger one to fit a full size GPU in!
Thus, I need someone to recommend the the new PSU, Case and any good enough Aftermarket cooler for my PC!

Your motherboard is non standard form factor. You will not be able to put into any standard mATX, ATX case.

Are you sure you want to revive that old pc?
What GPU do you intend to use with it? Probably not worth to put anything more than GTX 750 ti in there.

Pretty much yeah! I know it's old and dusty, but OLD is GOLD, at least for me :p and yes, was thinking of GTX 750ti
