GTX 1080 Ti for $350 legit?

I saw this listing on a domestic website, where people sell their stuff second hand or first hand items and I saw this "GTX 1080 Ti for sale for 350 dollars, is this legitimate? or is it 100% scam or something's off with this GPU. The info shows the pic of the gpu and etc, should I issue for a receipt?

Keep in mind as well that the second hand market is awash with cards that have been worked to death in the mines.

It's not likely to be legitimate, and if somehow the card wasn't fake it is probably not long for the world or exhibiting issues that have led its previous owner to decide they're done with it.
