Hello, just got the 1050ti and was excited to slot it in...until I booted my pc and it wasnt going past post.....My system is built on 2012 with these:Foxconn H61MXV,Intel i5 3470,2 x 8 corsair ddr3,GTX 650 1gb and a non brand PSU.The system been working fine all these years ,but it doesnt want to boot when I slot the new graphics card in,it just freezes on the motherboard brand screen and just does one beep every 10 seconds.I read about the beep sound, and based on the AMI it is a DRAM refresh failure, tho I tested my ram sticks and they both work...I reseated the cmos battery too and reset the bios.I also uninstalled previous drivers using DDU on safemode, both 650 1gb and 1050ti use a 6 pin power supply connector so I dont think it's a power supply issue either, the system works with the old GTX 650 1gb.I read somewhere that new gpus wont work on Legacy Bios...is that true?my motherboard doesnt support UEFI but there is a bios update from 2014(currently on 2012's revision)

I should also add that I've seen the foxconn-H61mxv 1050ti combo submitted by multiple people on userbenchmark and the pcpartpicker sites.

what should I do?Update my bios?or is it a lost cause ?
Thanks in advance
