Desk MICROPHONE Primo Trust doesn't work

Hi, I'm in BootCamp Windows 10 and I've got a Trust Desk MICROPHONE PRIMO that I use in the Mac side perfectly with my headphones at the same time. Now in the Windows side it doesn't work I've tried with an adapter that I have that lets me connect the headphones at the same time as the microphone, I had to use that in the Mac side although my computer has 2 jacks. I've also tried without headphones, with the microphone in one jack, in the other... Any help pls?

Go to sound settings and enable "listen to this device" if you can hear your self then, Try this : Windows Settings(Start+I) ---> Privacy ---> Microphone ---> Check "Let apps use my microphone" and turn on microphone for the apps you want to use your mic.

I've tried that, doesn't work although I can see my device there.
