my OS is freezing but I still can move the cursor, resetting it will stop the BIOS directly where only 1 disk appears in the boot order and this disk is my hdd, not showing the ssd where the windows is located in the boot order .
as my motherboard is an asus rog MAXIMUS VIII HERO
windows 10, ssd samsung 850 evo, hdd wb

Power off your system.

Open the case and reset all cables, cards, memory modules, chips, jumpers, etc.

Do so carefully. Make sure that everything is fully and firmly in place.

If you are not comfortable doing the above then find a knowledgeable friend or family member to help.

And if the case is full of dust, hairs, dried bugs, and debris in general then get some canned air to clean out the case. Follow the instructions on the can. Watching some online cleaning videos is recommended.
