400 watt psu enough for my setup

Hey guys, so I have this system right now :
I7 2600
8gb 1333 hz ram
Gts 450
Psu 400 watt
I am planning to buy gtx 1060 3gb. Can I go on with this setup or do I need to buy new psu?

Using a power supply calculator, load will be roughly 414w. You don't want your power supply to be placed at 100% load on a consistent basis. Ideally you'd want your power supply to be placed under 50% load, as this is where power supplies are the most power efficient. Due to your hardware being 5-7 years old (Less power efficient) i'd suggest a 500w power supply to ensure power efficiency and that there will be no problems going forward.
